Thankful

Say the word, love

I'm thankful for my family and my friends.

I'm thankful for everyone that took the time to read my book.

I'm thankful just to be here.

These were my thoughts walking around San Antonio last week, in between meeting dozens of brilliant and fascinating teachers, authors, and book people. How thankful I was. How very thankful.

I'm just sick that I missed you at the booth you were signing at. I think I literally walked up when you were walking away. I would have loved to meet you.

Hi Karin!

Aaaaauuuuuuuuuuggggggghhhhhhhh! (in Charlie Brown voice). Noooooooo! Not as sick as me in discovering you--the reviewer who launched my career--was there! D'oh, d'oh, and double d'oh.

Next time throw a book at the back of my head--you can't miss because of its moon-like size and pallor.

D'oh. Next time.

Take care,
Dan

I just want to say Daniel, that i have loved Generation Dead since the day it came out. I'm team Tak for life.=) I spend alot of my time at the hospital because of my mom and i would like to just say thanks for writing a book that i can feel relaxed and pass hours on end with. Though i am curious as to when you will be in California????? More specifically LA. Lots of my favorite books are signed by the authors and i would like to add your book to that list and i would just LOVE a zombie shirt! Anyways, lots of California love.-Blondie

Well, I loved KISS OF LIFE! Here is the review. What do you think?

The problem with books in a series is you have to wait so long for the next one. I'm dying to see what happens next. I just love Adam. Thanks for writing in his voice. His progression was amazing.

Great job.

I've only known about Generation Dead for three days, but I'm already a full-blown fan.
Despite the fact that I cried for a good ten minutes during and after Adam's biotic transition (got to be politically correct),
I'll be one of the first in line for a "Zombie Power" T-shirt:)

Hi Karin!

Re: Adam--it had to be done! That was the voice clawing at my head, wanting to get out. I'm glad you liked it, and I appreciate the review.

Take care,
Dan

Hi Smogget!

Maybe I should go into the t-shirt business. And thank for your kind words. I can't remember the last time I made this many people cry.

take care,
Dan
